In a significant move to bolster employee welfare and financial security, the Excellent Ceramic Group has formalised a comprehensive group life and health insurance agreement with National Life Insurance PLC. The signing ceremony, which marks a strategic partnership between two industry leaders, took place on 15 February at the NLI Tower, the corporate headquarters of National Life Insurance in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka.
Strategic Welfare for “Milano Ceramics”
This agreement is specifically designed to extend a robust safety net to the workforce of Excellent Ceramic Group’s latest venture, Milano Ceramics—a premium brand specialising in high-end tiles and sanitary ware. Under the terms of the contract, all eligible members and staff of the Milano Ceramics division will now benefit from extensive group life coverage and healthcare protection.
The partnership underscores a growing trend in the Bangladeshi corporate sector where major industrial players are prioritising “human capital” through institutional insurance frameworks, ensuring that employees and their families are protected against unforeseen medical or life events.
