Gnarls Barkley are returning to the stage for the first time in 18 years, with CeeLo Green and Danger Mouse set to reunite for a nine-date North American tour in November 2026.
The American duo will embark on the To Whom It Still Concerns Tour, beginning on 5 November at The Masonic in San Francisco and concluding on 28 November at the House of Blues in Chicago. Eight of the nine concerts will take place in the United States, with Toronto serving as the tour’s only Canadian stop.
The tour follows the release of Atlanta, Gnarls Barkley’s third studio album and their first new record in 18 years. The album was presented as the duo’s third and final studio release, making the forthcoming concerts particularly significant for fans who have waited almost two decades to see Green and Danger Mouse perform together again.
The new material will sit alongside songs from the period that established Gnarls Barkley as one of the most distinctive alternative pop and soul acts of the mid-2000s. Their return therefore marks both a revival of their celebrated back catalogue and a live presentation of the music that ended their long recording hiatus.
Nine concerts across North America
The tour will unfold over just more than three weeks, covering major cities on the American West Coast, South, Midwest and East Coast before crossing into Canada.

The Atlanta date carries particular significance because of the city’s close connection with both musicians and the title of the new album. The tour will then move through the eastern United States before ending in Chicago.
Gallant is currently scheduled to support the first four concerts in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Detroit. Duckwrth is listed for the remaining five dates in Boston, Silver Spring, Toronto, New York and Chicago. Support acts and other event details may change, however.
Ticket sales to open in stages
Ticket sales will begin through several presale stages. The first presales are scheduled for 21 September at 10am local venue time, while the Artist Presale will take place on 23 September. General ticket sales are due to open on 24 September at 10am local time for each venue.
The general sale will have a limit of six tickets per purchaser or household. At the time of the announcement, official face-value prices had not yet been listed. Availability may also differ between cities and individual presale stages.
Registration for the Artist Presale is required, with the deadline set for 20 September at 10pm Eastern Time. Tickets for the concerts will use mobile entry, while age restrictions and venue-specific admission requirements may vary from one location to another.
Return begins with Atlanta
The tour announcement comes several months after Gnarls Barkley resumed their musical partnership with Atlanta. Released on 6 March, the album was preceded by Pictures, the duo’s first new studio recording in 18 years.
The project also reflects the importance of Atlanta in the musical backgrounds of both artists. Before Gnarls Barkley, CeeLo Green was known as a member of Atlanta-based group Goodie Mob and as a solo performer, while Danger Mouse established himself as a producer and songwriter through a wide range of collaborations.
Together, they developed a sound that brought Green’s expressive, soul- and gospel-influenced vocals together with Danger Mouse’s layered production. Their music moved freely between soul, hip-hop, rock, psychedelia and pop, helping the duo stand apart from conventional genre boundaries.
‘Crazy’ established their global reputation
Gnarls Barkley’s international breakthrough came in 2006 with Crazy, the defining single from their debut album St. Elsewhere. The song spent nine weeks at number one on the UK singles chart that year and became one of the most recognisable hits of the period.
The duo’s catalogue also includes Smiley Faces, Run (I’m a Natural Disaster), Going On and Who’s Gonna Save My Soul. Their early success was reinforced by major industry recognition. Gnarls Barkley have received two Grammy Awards from eight nominations, with St. Elsewhere winning Best Alternative Music Album and Crazy taking the award for Best Urban/Alternative Performance at the 2007 ceremony.
Following the release of their second album, The Odd Couple, in 2008, Green and Danger Mouse largely pursued separate careers and collaborations. Gnarls Barkley consequently remained inactive as a regular recording and touring project for many years.
The 2026 tour represents the first organised North American run by the duo in 18 years. It follows their return to the studio with Atlanta and now brings that reunion to live audiences.
For fans, the November concerts will offer a rare opportunity to hear CeeLo Green and Danger Mouse perform together again, combining songs from their influential earlier catalogue with material from their latest album. The currently announced North American run consists of nine dates, from San Francisco on 5 November to Chicago on 28 November.
