While the Rome concert proceeded as scheduled, the promoter contends that the Venice engagement failed to materialise under the agreed terms. Management at the Hotel and Residence I Triangoli contacted the local organiser via email regarding the condition of four apartments allocated to the entourage. The establishment alleged that the rooms were vacated in a severely dishevelled state, highlighting a particular apartment that supposedly required intensive cleaning. Consequently, a two hundred Euro surcharge was levied, alongside claims that guests departed without completing standard front-desk check-out protocols.
