The discovery was made on Wednesday morning when local residents noticed a body lying in an agricultural field near their village. They immediately alerted law enforcement agencies, who arrived at the scene shortly afterwards and recovered the body for legal formalities.
Preliminary information suggests that Mostafizur Rahman was the younger son of the late Bাচ্চু Mia. He had previously been employed at a ready-made garment factory in Dhaka. Following the death of his father during the last Ramadan period, he reportedly left his job and returned to his ancestral village. For approximately two months prior to his death, he had been staying at home with his family.
According to relatives and neighbours, the young man left his home in the early hours of the morning, shortly before the Fajr call to prayer.
