Coach Praises Jaima’s Early Sporting Talent

Barrister Jaima Rahman—widely recognised in Bangladesh’s political and civic sphere as the daughter of Tarique Rahman—has recently become the focus of renewed public interest, this time for her childhood achievements in sport. Ongoing discussions surrounding her reported opportunity to join the youth ranks of Chelsea Women have prompted a revealing account from her former coach, offering fresh insight into her athletic development during her formative years.

In response, Jaima’s childhood coach, Mohammad Hakim, shared a detailed reflection via social media, recounting his experience of training her during her time at International School Dhaka.
