Initially detained in connection with a separate Cognisance Register warrant, law enforcement officials initiated a thorough background check and verification of his legal status following his apprehension. During this rigorous database screening, authorities discovered that Caesar was explicitly named as a listed suspect in a major criminal case registered at the Sakhipur Police Station.
