Sonali Life Insurance PLC has formally entered into a strategic partnership with STS Holdings Limited, the parent and operating company of Evercare Hospital Dhaka. The two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at delivering an expanded suite of medical services and priority healthcare solutions to Sonali Life’s policyholders, staff members, and authorised beneficiaries across the country.
Under the terms of the newly established agreement, eligible individuals will gain structured access to a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services at Evercare Hospital Dhaka. The package encompasses specialist medical consultations, advanced diagnostic and laboratory testing, streamlined hospital admission processes, and coordinated inpatient care. Furthermore, beneficiaries will be supported by round-the-clock emergency assistance, including a dedicated hotline, 24-hour ambulance services, pharmacy support, and specialized home healthcare options. To ensure a seamless patient experience, a dedicated corporate support desk will operate within the hospital to facilitate priority appointments, administrative support, and treatment logistics.
Speaking at the formal signing ceremony held at Sonali Life’s corporate headquarters, Acting Chief Executive Officer Md Rafiqul Islam highlighted that the initiative reflects the firm’s ambition to look beyond conventional financial protection. “By facilitating direct access to quality medical treatment, we aim to provide tangible and meaningful support when our policyholders need it most,” he noted.
Director Fauzia Qamrun Tania reinforced this vision, stating that comprehensive customer care requires an active role in safeguarding client well-being. Adding to these sentiments, Director Sheikh Mohammad Danial remarked that modern, coordinated healthcare serves as a critical pillar within a holistic customer service ecosystem.
