68th Grammy Awards Set for Star-Studded Celebration

Los Angeles: The 68th Annual Grammy Awards are scheduled to take place this Sunday, promising a markedly different atmosphere compared with last year. The 2025 ceremony had been uniquely orchestrated to aid those affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, turning the event into a fundraiser and tribute. In 2026, however, the focus has shifted decisively back to music, with some of the world’s biggest artists set to compete for top honours.

Among the headliners are Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, and a host of other acclaimed performers, each vying for multiple awards. Comedian and six-time Grammy host Trevor Noah will return to the stage for what has been announced as his final year as host. The main ceremony will be held at the Crypto.com Arena, an iconic venue in downtown Los Angeles, and is expected to be a memorable chapter in Grammy history.

The event will be broadcast live on CBS from 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with additional streaming available on Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and FuboTV. Paramount+ premium subscribers can stream the show live, while Essential plan users will have access to on-demand coverage the following day.

Premiere Ceremony

The Grammy Premiere Ceremony, showcasing several award categories before the main event, will be held at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles at 3:30 p.m. Eastern (12:30 p.m. Pacific). This ceremony will be available for streaming via the Recording Academy’s official YouTube channel and on live.GRAMMY.com. Associated Press will also broadcast a four-hour Red Carpet show, featuring interviews, fashion highlights, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
