The cheque, valued at BDT 258,400, was intended to comprehensively cover both medical expenses and death benefits of the late Shahidul Islam, a respected member of the company’s Sales and Services Division.
The formal ceremony took place at the Eco Batteries Limited factory in Maona, Gazipur, marking a moment of both solemnity and gratitude. MM Monirul Alam, Chief Executive Officer of Bengal Islamic Life Insurance Limited, personally handed the cheque to the nominee representing the late employee’s family, underscoring the company’s dedication to prompt and compassionate support.
Accompanying him were Md. Mazharul Islam, Head of the Corporate Business Division, and Md. Anisur Rahman Sumon, Head of the Claims Division. Eco Batteries Limited’s representation included Factory Manager Md. Rafiqul Islam, Manager of Human Resources, Administration and Compliance Md. Jasim Uddin, and Production Manager Md.
