Foden’s World Cup Future Uncertain After Friendlies

Phil Foden’s place in England’s World Cup squad is under serious scrutiny following disappointing performances in the March international friendlies. Although the matches against Uruguay and Japan were non-competitive, they offered manager Thomas Tuchel an important opportunity to assess players ahead of the final squad selection.
