The suspect, Humayun Kabir, 43, was apprehended on Monday evening from Rajshahi metropolitan area with assistance from Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-5). He was subsequently produced before a court on Tuesday and remanded to custody.

According to police and the formal complaint, the complainant, a 40-year-old hospital attendant, had been employed at the same private hospital managed by Kabir.
