Authorities in Bhola Sadar Upazila have recovered a pistol along with two rounds of ammunition from a local pond in the Charumuhani area. The discovery was made on Monday, 23 March, at approximately 12:00 PM in Ward No. 2 of Alinagar Union, within the private pond of resident Md. Jasim.
According to police and local sources, Md. Jasim noticed the firearm while irrigating his pond in the morning. Recognising the potential danger, he immediately alerted law enforcement.
