Prime Bank PLC has entered into a strategic agreement with Quality Feeds Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading animal feed manufacturers, to provide a full suite of payroll banking and cash management services. The signing ceremony was held at the corporate office of Quality Feeds in Dhaka, marking a significant collaboration between the two organisations.
Under the agreement, employees of Quality Feeds will benefit from dual-currency debit cards, customised loan products, credit cards, and a range of banking services on preferential terms. This initiative aims to streamline payroll processing and enhance the financial well-being of the company’s workforce.
In addition to employee banking solutions, Quality Feeds will leverage Prime Bank’s comprehensive cash management services. Using PrimePay, the bank’s digital platform, the company will manage nationwide sales collections and multiple domestic disbursements efficiently. The arrangement also includes management information system (MIS)-based reporting and reconciliation support, allowing for greater transparency and operational control.
The agreement was formally signed by M. Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC, and Md Basir Rahman, Director–Finance & Risk Management of Quality Feeds Limited. Md Safir Rahman, Director–Corporate & HR of Quality Feeds, also participated in the signing ceremony.
The event was attended by senior officials from Prime Bank, including Mamur Ahmed, Sajid Rahman, Md Manzur Ahmed Sarker, Md Rashedul Husain, and Hasina Fardous. Representatives from Quality Feeds, including Md Aminul Islam, Md Bayazid Hossain, and Md Abdullah Al-Mamun, were also present.
