The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has published the instructions and conditions for the candidates nominated for non-cadre posts under the 45th BCS. These directives were announced in a notice released on the commission’s website on 27 November.
Instructions and conditions for nominated candidates:
Before the appointment is finalised, the recruiting authority will verify the authenticity of all certificates, documents and papers submitted by the candidate through the competent authority.
If any provisionally nominated candidate knowingly provides false or incorrect information in the application form, conceals necessary information, tampers with documents, submits forged certificates, tampers with age or educational qualification certificates or the admit card, resorts to fraud, or if any major deficiency is detected, the nomination of that candidate will be cancelled. In addition, candidates involved in such offences may be handed over for prosecution under criminal law. Even after appointment, if such information is revealed and proven, the candidate may face dismissal from service along with further legal action.
Nominated candidates will receive government appointment only after being declared medically fit by the medical board formed by the respective ministry or division, and after the completion of pre-employment verification of personal records by the appropriate agency.
The Bangladesh Public Service Commission reserves the authority to correct any errors or discrepancies detected in the published nominations.
The results will be available on the commission’s website and the Teletalk website.
