The United States military has killed an Al-Qaeda-linked leader in Syria who was reportedly connected to attacks on American forces. CENTCOM identified the deceased as Bilal Hasan al-Jassim, whose group was allegedly linked to a gunman associated with the Islamic State (ISIS).
