According to Shimul, Suman began to feel unwell shortly after 5:00 pm on the same day. Realising the seriousness of his condition, he informed actor Shahadat Hossain, who promptly transported him to a private hospital in the Green Road area of Dhaka. Despite swift medical attention, doctors were unable to save him. Preliminary assessments indicate that he died of cardiac arrest.
