Oleksiy Reznikov, the minister of defense for Ukraine, responded to the reports by saying: “This is the situation against which we have been warning. Since the sky has no boundaries, we asked to close it. Gloves are removed. Time to triumph.
” Tuesday saw Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, leaving millions of homes in the dark just days after an embarrassing Russian retreat from Kherson, the region’s capital.
