Azad, an officer of the Shreenagar Fire Service, said, “The truck was moving at a slow pace. The high-speed impact from the bus caused it to overturn. Fortunately, by the time we arrived, locals had already rescued the injured, and thankfully, no life-threatening injuries were reported.”
Hasra Highway Police Station’s Officer-in-Charge, ATM Mahmudul Haq, confirmed that the bus involved in the accident has been removed and operations are underway to clear the overturned truck. He added, “Traffic on the expressway is running normally, and there has been no significant congestion.”
