Karina Kaiser Airlifted to Chennai

Content creator and actress Karina Kaiser is being transferred to Chennai, India, for advanced medical treatment due to severe liver complications. The transfer is scheduled for Monday afternoon via air ambulance, as confirmed by her father, former national footballer Kaiser Hamid.

According to him, the necessary visa has been obtained and arrangements for the air ambulance have been finalised. He further stated that the patient remains on life support and that significant medical and transport expenses are being incurred.

Medical condition summary

Family members reported that Karina had been unwell for several days before her condition worsened significantly. Initially considered a routine illness, her condition deteriorated rapidly, leading to hospital admission. Medical evaluation identified infection alongside Hepatitis A. She also had an existing fatty liver condition, which contributed to complications.

Her condition further worsened on Friday when she developed liver failure, after which she was placed on life support. Doctors have since managed to stabilise her blood pressure, although there has been no significant overall improvement, according to the family.

Kaiser Hamid stated that financing the treatment has become increasingly difficult for the family. He explained that prior medical expenses related to a family member suffering from brain cancer had already placed a substantial financial burden on them. As a result, the family has had to liquidate fixed deposits and initiate the sale of a piece of land to meet ongoing costs.

Karina Kaiser is known as a content creator who gained popularity through social media, where she developed a strong following for her humour-based and lifestyle-oriented content. She has also been involved in acting and scriptwriting in recent times, maintaining a consistent presence in creative work.

The planned air transfer to Chennai is intended to facilitate specialised treatment for her condition.
