She stated, “My father, Abul Bashar, was picked up from our home by the Detective Branch police on fabricated charges without any crime. He endured both physical and psychological abuse over several days. Despite his serious medical condition, he was sent to prison, where he ultimately lost his life. We demand a thorough investigation and exemplary punishment for those responsible.”
