The music industry has been enriched once again with a captivating new musical offering as rising songstress Nishi Sraboni releases her latest tracks. Partnering with the renowned vocalist Akash Sen from Kolkata, she has officially debuted a vibrant romantic duet titled “Premik 420.” The collaboration between two artists from Bangladesh and West Bengal brings a fresh energy to contemporary Bengali pop music, appealing to diverse audiences across borders.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of musical and visual artists brought this project to fruition. The song’s melody and musical composition were crafted by Anim Khan, while the expressive lyrics were penned by Muhammad Usman Gani. Complementing the audio, an engaging music video was filmed under the direction of Masum Khan. The visual representation features talented models Tuhi Sheikh and Rafa, whose on-screen chemistry and lively performances bring the emotional themes of the track to life.
Expressing her excitement regarding the release, Nishi Sraboni shared her devotion to creating quality music for her supporters. She noted that the entire creative team worked with immense dedication and passion during the production process. She expressed high hopes that listeners and viewers alike will connect with the song, enjoy its rhythms, and grant it a warm reception across all streaming avenues.
Nishi Sraboni first gained widespread national prominence through her successful run on the music reality show “Banglar Gayen Season 1.” Throughout the competition, her powerhouse vocal performances—including memorable renditions of classical and folk-influenced tracks such as “Dilo Na Dilo Na,” “Kangalinir Bondhu Tumi,” and “Hawa Dome Dekh Tare”—earned her the title of “Best Performer.” Following her breakthrough on television, she went on to release several notable original tracks, including popular releases like “Preme Tsunami” and “Kolija Khuila.”
Originating from Chuadanga, Nishi Sraboni pursued her higher education at Faridpur Government Rajendra College, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Literature. Although she initially ventured into a traditional corporate career path after completing her studies, her deep-rooted passion for music eventually led her to leave her job and fully commit to music as a full-time profession. Today, she maintains a bustling dynamic schedule filled with live stage performances, television appearances, and ongoing studio recording sessions.
The newly launched duet “Premik 420” is currently available across various major digital platforms and audio streaming services worldwide.
