Instructions for Selected Candidates
All appointed candidates are required to download the Police Verification Form from the official BICIC website and complete five sets of the form. The completed forms must be submitted along with the following documents:
Four passport-size photographs.
Certified copies of all educational qualifications.
National Identity Card (NID).
Citizenship certificate.
Where applicable, verified documents confirming prior professional experience.
All documents must be attested by a first-class gazetted officer to ensure authenticity and compliance with official regulations.
Submission Deadline and Procedure
The deadline for submitting the complete documentation is 26 February 2026. Candidates may submit their documents directly at the office of the General Manager (Administration), Recruitment and Training Division, BICIC Headquarters, Dhaka, or send them via registered post to the same address.
BICIC authorities emphasised that candidates will only be able to commence their duties after successful verification of all submitted documents.
