The Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL), responsible for operating the metro rail network in Bangladesh’s capital, has announced a major recruitment exercise for senior-level positions ranging from Grade 3 to Grade 5. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold relevant bachelor’s or master’s degrees from recognised universities, or equivalent professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy or Cost and Management Accountancy where applicable. A strict requirement across all posts is that no candidate may have any third division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in their academic record.
Age limit for applicants has been set at a maximum of 62 years.

Employment Conditions
Selected candidates will initially be appointed as probationary officers for one year under a contractual arrangement. Performance will be evaluated during this period, and continuation will depend on satisfactory results. Successful completion of probation may lead to a further two-year contractual appointment. Medical fitness certification and a non-judicial stamp undertaking will also be required upon final selection. বিভাগীয় (internal) candidates will receive preference where applicable.
