Prime Minister

The Prime Minister runs the country as the head of government in a system of governance governed by the Council of Ministers. Moreover, he also plays the role of leader of parliament or parliament in this system. In many regimes, the prime minister also has the power to appoint or dismiss members of the council of ministers.
