Internationally renowned singer-songwriter and masterful fingerstyle guitarist Tyler Ramsey has unveiled his latest album, Celestun, marking a significant milestone in a career defined by innovation and musical depth. The album features contributions from Carl Broemel, the celebrated guitarist of My Morning Jacket, whose long-standing creative partnership with Ramsey adds a distinctive dimension to the project. Musically, Celestun fuses modern folk and indie rock with the rich folk traditions of western North Carolina’s mountainous regions, alongside echoes of itinerant country blues passed down through generations of travelling musicians.
