Ehsanul Haque Milon and State Minister for Education Bobby Hajjaj, sparking widespread enthusiasm among students.

The Junior Scholarship Examination was conducted from 28 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, and students were selected for two types of scholarships – merit-based and general – recognising both academic excellence and overall performance.
Scholarship Benefits
Merit Scholarship: Students receive a one-time annual grant of BDT 560 along with BDT 450 per month.
General Scholarship: Students receive a one-time annual grant of BDT 350 and BDT 300 per month.
Both scholarships can be availed for a maximum duration of two years, and the financial support is intended to assist students in academic pursuits and educational development.
How to Verify Results
Online: Visit the Primary Education Directorate website (dpe.gov.bd), select the “Scholarship Result” option, and enter the roll number and year 2026 to view results.
SMS: Send a message with the board name, roll number, and year to 16222, and receive an automatic SMS with the result.
