The altercation occurred at approximately 3:30 pm on Tuesday, 9 June. According to local sources, an ongoing disagreement regarding monetary transactions had persisted for an extended duration between the victim, Niamat Ullah, and his nephew, Ershad Ullah.
On the day of the incident, a verbal argument concerning the financial dispute erupted between the two individuals. The confrontation subsequently progressed into a physical altercations. During the fight, Ershad Ullah repeatedly struck Niamat Ullah with punches and blows, causing his uncle to sustain severe injuries.
