The detained men have been identified as Cherazol Haque Chowdhury (63), son of the late Shafiullah from West Awojbalia village under the Awojbalia Union; Mehedi Hasan Hriday (20), son of Azizul Haque; Md Faruk Hossain (18), son of Md Bahar; and Md Nazim (18), son of Md Khokon—all hailing from the same local area. Law enforcement officials confirmed that these individuals are active participants in grassroots politics associated with the Awami League and its front organisations.
