• Mohammad Zia Latiful Islam: Transferred from his assignment as an Assistant Superintendent of Police within the elite counter-terrorism and anti-crime force, the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), to be integrated into the urban security framework of the Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RpMP).

• Sheikh Mohammad Abdur Razzak: Transferred from his position as an Assistant Commissioner for the Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) to join the specialized operations of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
