A head-on collision between a state-run passenger bus and an emergency ambulance on the Dhaka–Barishal Highway has resulted in five fatalities. The accident occurred at approximately 10:30 am on Sunday, 24 May 2026, near the Shankarpasha bus stand in the Dangi Union of Nagarkanda Upazila, Faridpur.
